Appasamy Medicare Center (AMC) is a multi-specialty hospital. The medical center was started in the year 2000 with the main motto of “ Quality care at Affordable cost “.
With over 70 beds, 4 ICU beds, 4 operating rooms. AMC is committed to providing the highest quality of patient care while ensuring safe effective health care. Our Hospital is fully
equipped to handle all types of emergency, under the
supervision of able & dedicated doctors in our
panel. Round the clock Ambulance service, Emergency,
trauma & critical care are available. Well equipped
operation theatres, X-ray, ECG, Echo cardiogram –
ultra sound, Endoscopy, Clinical Laboratory,
Pharmacy, Optical Shop and Paramedical Staff
consisting of 10 residents doctors, 50 well trained
nursing staff, 20 technicians and 30 non technical
and staff to serve the public. We have also started
an 8 Bedded Haemodialysis unit very recently. |

AMC is located in

AMC also involves itself in various Social welfare
activities by conducting free eye camps and general
health camps in rural areas around Chennai. Last
year we have conducted close to 270 free eye camps
in Chennai, Thiruvallur and Kanchipuram Districts
and had also performed close to 1800 free cataract
surgeries. This helps us to contribute towards the
wellness of our nation. |
